im all for competition as it will drive prices down, and epic seems more dev friendly in fees. However, epic game store is trash.
Yes. I would love to see old games remaster with modern graphics at a discounted price though. Like r&c re2 Links awakening looks good but the art style is well unexpected
The fallacy falls apart quick because we’d have a lot of effects bleed over into the real world. And quite frankly it doesn’t happen for this to be remotely true. Most people are cognizant of reality and the absurdity in video games.
this guy just looked at the biggest releases for games next year and picked each one
exactly and I hope no one is asleep on the wheel on this. It would set a bad trend.
not sure how nintendo "dominated" with no awards at an awards show. THey had a presence though.
the goal posts keep moving with these people. The beta was a mess. Aside technical issues, the game is barren af. I never played a fallout as empty as this. It jsut feels like a cash grab. The game feels like a loot and horde.
lol, the game is still barren af. The pve helped, but jesus the game is miles wide and feet deep. Progression is almost non existent
hm for me its witcher 3. I've dump ages into witcher 3, as most of the quests and side ones were interesting. My gripe with rdr2 are the controls. I've gotten killed quite a few times due to the clunkines of the character. It's really frustrating.
its just so annoying that he controls like a 600lb sloth. In real life you dont move like that. The controls are far from fluid, and its gotten me killed so many times. Need to turn around, it takes eons by the time the guys on your asses kill you.
sure you know what you signed up for. But anyone coming out and saying this is healthy is plain wrong. I work in the software industry and there is nothing more toxic than getting your PMs trying to squeeze features into some deadline that came out of their ass.
thats how the big tech companies are even the start ups. They want to keep us around longer. Sure they pay for our lunches, but guess who isnt walking out the door and staying on campus longer.
Real reason why i stayed away form the video game software engineering world. I got an offer from blizzard in irvine for infrastructure in hopes of making it into some game dev... but the horror stories like these are just a huge turn off.
this pretty much it. The extreme fanboys are the people you need to ignore. They dont know what they are talking about and bring ridiculous arguments that entertaining them just furthers their agendas
I dont get how people like you and others here can generalize the actual issue. Its disgusting and shows poor rational thinking.
I pirated games before. The reality is I would never had enjoyed the gaming industry if I hadnt, and now that I have an income I'm more addicted to the gaming environment than I liked to be. Hook, line and sinker. The whole 9 yards.
Sometimes I wish I could go back and not have played any video game because its an expensive...
I dont really understand the hate for the game when it comes the cosmetics. I'm not sure how many people play the game for historical value, but BF is far from it besides the land. If you want more accurate war game check out arma.
That said, the gameplay has got to be there. I love that BO4 took it back to boots on the ground, and I hope BFV can revitalize itself with BC2 gameplay at some point
not surprised but the switch is underpowered and likely to be surpassed of the big consoles sooner rather than later
what you cant even send messages to people on the switch.
ugh god damn I just got a gow bundle but this also looks sexy af
freaking this. Everytime i brought this up in botw came out on /r/nintendowswitch i was blasted for being a hater. The irony that botw is more full of life than hzd or in this case days gone just blows my mind. If anything they provide the same level of "liveliness" but thats not reflected by the reviewers for some reason.
