i think its somewhere around that neighborhood, but again you can imagine the price for that to be at least like 10k a month... for a single household.. imagine what the whole military spends a day, im pretty sure it easily exceeds 10k.
bandwidth is the problem and the highest speeds that can support that cost way too much as of now.
