i honestly believe this bug is similar to the zune bug
im assuming your talking about the one were they had to add one second to the clock, and the zunes just broke down on that.
i agree, cannot wait for this game.
Unluckily for me I wont have money until I get my financial aid in 3 weeks, then i will purchase GOW3 of gamefly for 40 -45$ :D
360 fanboys on damage control. lol
which is understandable, because this is a big problem. However, these people are blowing this out of proportion.
i agree with you, im sure someone will say, my blue ray movies are being scratched now because of the bug!! (even though its pretty hard to scratch a BR).
its been quite a while now since our last official update from SONY... hopefully we'll get one soon.
i hope this gets fixed by tomorro when BFBC2 comes home with me.
except that this error, can be fixed, and wont cost anyone a dime.
so this wont go down as what you say "biggest errors in console history"
That belongs to the 360 and the RROD and the marketplace shut down for like a week.
the psn isnt hacked people. THe psn is working for people with the slim models (most), i think this has to do with a interclock failure.
for example my error is somthing like "cannot play due to copyright laws" i'm assuming since the clock has been reset to dec. 31 1999 all copyrights dont exist for the games we now own, which is not letting you play your games.
The serious part is that this bug affects your "fat" ps3 even if you are not connected...
MW2 single player just felt tacked on. Too many characters bite the dust, before you finally feel a character. The story overall feels like
"this would be cool to add here" ... but its not.
havent played BFBC2 single-player , but i probably wont touch the SP for like a week after the adrenaline of playing BFBC2 online wears down enough for me to say "ok, i'll play the single player now"
you know the best way to pass the time is to watch a blueray movie :D
words of advice for ps3 users
just in case, do not use anything that used(s) the psn!!!!
so games that use trophy sync
themes, wallpapers.
do not mess with the game saves of the trophy sync games
and last of all
be patient, dont panic your ps3 didnt brick or anything like that.
LOL!!! i think thats what it is. Someone hacked the psn... XD
i cant access the official Playstion website, im guessing its being bombarded by everyone looking for answers.
crashes happen all the time. Not everyday, but they happen. Its a norm of the technology world as of now.
psn crashed, its not the end of the world. Im sure they'll fix it soon, or send a statement out.
wow some of you people are ridiculous, this has happend to PC's and 360's and Wii's so stop your crap about this just being isolated to the psn.
same here, i always passed on god of war, i think it was because i was attached to one game . Ratchet Deadlocked, haha. I only had like 5 games i owned for my ps2.
GOTY for sure
but for me MLB10 The Show, will get more playing time overall, because i love baseball games. :)
PS3 exclusives deliver on many genres :D
huge hit. First game i really felt attached to the characters, especially Ethan.
*possible spoiler*

im still confused why the origami killer doesnt know what he does, for example you dont see it , im assuming this is supposed to be cleared up in the DLC..
its because the ESRB is fairly new. Most parents still dont know the difference between E,T,M, AO... So the ESRB has been pretty harsh on games to start getting the attention of parents. Heck , i asked my mom to buy a game for me because i couldnt buy it (this was 4 years ago), the game was Grand Theft Auto San Andreas... lol the bread and butter of the M rating.
xbox 360 it only does delays.
lol, fitting, haha.
anyways i wonder what this secret is.. maybe gameplay? a unique storyline? .. who knows...
if you guys dont like FPS, dont buy them, there tons of other genres, that are being made, or already ready to buy. FPS is not affecting gaming, in fact its creating large sums of revenue right now, but like i said if you dont like FPS buy something else. Thers no excuse not to buy somthing else , when clearly there are just as good games.
this is exactly what i stated, and probably some other smart people as well.
this error has nothing to do with the PSN, it has to do with the old ps3 models thinking that this year is leap year.
I've read form many users confirming that taking the battery out of the ps3 and reconnecting it will fix this problem; however, you will void your warranty. If you have already voided your warranty then might as well give it a shot. Look for youtubes on how to take apart your...
