that was a great trailer. The game doesn't release until 2012 though. We're looking at one and a half to two + years until we get it. A lot of things can happen between then and now with a dozen or so big name FPSs released before this one. Could be "me too" by then, even if it is original now.

if any of my fine, informed N4G bretheren know about the Move pre order on Amazon.
Amazon U.S. says it will have it at my door on release day which they have listed as Friday Sept. 17, while the "official release date is Sunday Sept. 19. Seeing how there aren't any deliveries on Sundays, will I get it on Friday if I order from Amazon? Just curios if anyone knows the answer.

and I will be getting the move. I never bashed the Wii but I just don't care for Nintendo's games. I bought a Gamecube and all of the best titles... I still haven't finished one. I don't know what it is. After a while the games just seem more tedious than fun.

As far as Sony cashing in on the Nintendo's market, that is how we got the original Playstation. Thank God for that.

From the article: "Over all an impressive display of the technology, forget any resemblance to this and the Wii controllers. The only resemblance is aesthetic as soon as you get to use them you will realise just how lacking the Wii is."

Pain, Flower, Heavy Rain, High Velocity Bowling, LBP(hopefully).

On Move launch day: Sports Champions, Tumble.

"Day One" as they are released: LBP2, Killzone 3, Sorcery, Socom 4.

Interested in but depends on time, money, media and user reviews: Sly collection, Under Siege, Time Crisis, LOTR: Aragon's Quest, RUSE, Heroes on the Move, Eyepet, Echochrome II, Ape Escape.

Damn...looking back, that's a lot of game...

Upon closer inspection, I see no way to accelerate or brake with it. Just have to wait and see.

the people that buy sports games are fans of those particular sports. I know I'm already chomping at the bit for football(U.S.) season to start. What better way to satiate my fanaticism than with a somewhat realistic game to pass the time until the season starts.

if it was compared it to Heavenly Sword.

That is quite a response to my reply. When I wrote Demon's Souls is hardcore, it was a joke so you could be "laughing at me as well".

I agree with everything you have written and I was just trying to explain the way I perceive the term "hardcore" on this site. It is a bit like the term "racism". Racism has a specific definition but gets thrown around for every conceivable racial incident.

I am getting older (43) and I just do...

Maybe you should start spelling out "sarcasm" instead of /s. lol

5661d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

But with the Wii uncovering a new casual market, "hardcore" is a term to differentiate gamers that love a challenge from the casual market that wants to play less story/reward driven games.

BTW. Demon's Souls is "Hardcore"

PSN is free. It is exactly the same as it was before Playstation Plus came out. You can still play online, video chat, access Home, etc., without a subscription fee. Playstation Plus offers discounts on PSN games and DLC, early beta and demo access, free themes and avatars, and free games and game trials as long as you are a member of PS+.
