The performance is almost identical to bloodborne with the same pacing issue that was present in bloodborne, shame From software couldn't do anything to rectify this issue.
Many have a pc capable enough to play higher than 720p and 23fps at least, so you shouldn't worry.
Great to see so many options on pc version, game's gonna play much better than 720p, 23fps on a mid end pc for sure.
