Im not at all being lured towards the ps3 because of numbers and hardware specs. i can clearly see that the 360 is better in terms of a gaming machine. But for some reason, somthing about the ps3 is making me want to buy it. i can also see that $600 is way too much for a games console (if i can call it that) I think its just MGS4. That would be th only reason for it.

Superam, reading your comparison/opinion has made me realise how much there really is in the ps3. In a way you are kinda right. I wouldnt say that the ps3 is more, or less, powerful than the 360, but what you get outa the box is pretty good. Might have to make changes to what im spending my money on this year.
