i will always buy my games but i would really like cfw. need because ive got a japanese ps3 and i cant play ps1/2/dvds!
i know what you mean. i live in the uk and i wanted a ps3 so bad i bought a japanese ps3. i cant play any ps1/2 or dvds plus it also dosent like certain blu-rays. would/could custom firmwares solve this? oh and it dosent play certain games like oblivion/GT/GTA unless i have a HDTV but i guess thats something to do with its native resolution output(480 instead of 576).

yep bought one the other day takes a little while to set the picture right(kept getting tv induced jaggies)but when you do they do look pretty good.
pp=joke mass effect was a sh1t game that no one talks about anymore and was sh1t to play/endure. aiming was a pile of crap and the story couldnt of been more boring even if they were disscussing the history of america!

i was going to insult you then i thought "no wait, il just let the pain of not being able to play mgs4 eat you away" its not our fault your mom spent all her money on your trailer so you could only get the core 360
well to be fair GTA 4 has quite alot of cutscenes but no one has a problem with it. just like mgs, gameplay is only half of it the story is what grips you and makes you want to carry on.

true! when i saw the april fools mgs4 footage i was gobsmacked, seriously if this game doesn't get a ten GTA4 is going in the trash

mgs4 is gonna be awesome but good RPGs like FF 7/8, oblivion ive spent 100's of hours on each so rpgs still take the crown when it comes to length
