maybe funding these servers are getting a bit costly for sony.

thats a bummer. its really good game. i would go with Roah's idea and just pirate it. as it is only digital its not like you can import it BUT it will possibly get a disk release when all chapters are finished so i would hold on till you know.

i agree on that. BC2 was a lot harder to get into than BF3. BF3 seems to be the COD of battlefield.
you are correct.bad company WAS actually made for the console crowd,so much it never even got released on the PC. battlefield fans put there foot down for BC2 to be released....good job as we ended up with the best version. still got love for BC2 and its also my favourite next to vietnam (the real vietnam) not the add-on.
