Isn’t crossplay pretty standard these days with multiplats? I don’t play many mp games but even evil dead has crossplay.
Seems like a game that would benefit from being on as many platforms as possible. Especially being co-op focused.
I don’t know if it’s the “right” call but it’s a welcome one. I’d like to see this with most titles. I have both next gen consoles though so I’m biased.

That just means their priority is buttering up game bloggers to do their marketing for them.
I don’t know if gearbox has the culture or heart to make a good duke nukem game. It’s basically “toxic masculinity: the game” in the best way possible. Gearbox’s heart pumps duck sauce so maybe it’s best if it’s left to a better time. Or embracer giving that IP to a hungry studio who would do it justice.

I can’t hate on embracer, they are buying a ton of IP but at least they are trying to utilize them. I give them props for bringing destroy all humans back and putting the 360 conan game on the store again. Great games.

I need to replay this. I got quite a few hours in but lost interest for something else. I didn’t hate it so I will give it another fair shot sometime before this comes out. Possibly the ps5 version when it comes to plus eventually.
It did actually have an impact. Some devs bonuses hinged on a metacritic score. Which is f***ing dumb I hope the Pubs got wise to that and stopped seeing these game bloggers as legitimate journalists. That’s why they try so hard to butter up the game bloggers with goodie bags and swag. It does make a difference. People listen to these goobers, I don’t know why but they do.

That preview sounds good to me. Cast is expectedly dull but everything else doesn’t sound as bad as this guy is making it out to be. Combat looks good.
