I think HoN's cash shop is abhorrent and a total misstep for them.
Any S2 game will forever be filled with salty d-bags so thats pretty much a futile battle. Thats not only invalid but also untrue. In Bf2 roflstomps on CQA maps were over pretty quick. And since admins could be just as much of dicks then as they are now, it happened pretty often. Karkand was near unplayable if one team had all the coordinated players moved over.

Cloud gaming only makes sense on non-gaming pcs right now so I don't see sony or microsoft doing this outside of a rental service.

They should, but then theres the patch approval issue. Luckily Skullgirls isn't the type of game that will need excessive patching.

Its 2012 and people still have freedom of speech. Badmouthing or not, sensationalizing someones opinion makes you the bigger asshole.
Maybe they are and just need help fine tuning gameplay elements. Just because they need someone with a games style's expertise, doesn't necessarily mean they are making that genre to a T. It could just mean they aren't confident in balancing the numbers of damage behind things, or weapon ranges.
They ruined the Max Payne vibe...
