just to make note the ps3 and 360 are 70% the same system with the same games with barly a few different ones to call them different systems one has halo the other has kill zone one has fable the other has god of war one has gears the other has uncharted thats about nails wut they each have ders a few others around 7 different games kinda sad really

well to be honest there are going to be way more games on the 3ds then the psp2 it is A lot easier to make a game on the 3ds then the psp2 and it will most likely cost less to developers. another thing is that 3ds graphics and space is good enough not to turn down developer. which will lead to more games coming out on the 3ds another thing is the gba games in the stores gamers are going to eat that up lets be honest here the game boy advanced store is going to be better then the play station ...
