She had no idea if the person had received some sort of warning from MS that if he did it again he'd be banned etc. She was out for revenge and thought her particular situation was higher priority than everyone else's issues sitting in the same queue.

i dont support any indie games. Its full of a bunch of people like him who are tring to get rich quick scheme. Low quality simple games. Most of these "indie" games used to be free untill this whole "indie" sene opened up now every body even kids with there first game try to make a buck off it and release it as a "indie"...
