Final Fantasy XIV could be beautifully expansive world with less loading time like FFXV if only PS3 cell architecture didn't chokehold FFXIV down

IOS mevius final fantasy could be "easily" be made available on PS4. But it is not. Why?

Crazy Ken was a fool wasting billions on Cell Architecture. He could simply put 8 powerpc cores cpu, Unified RAM in the PS3 and save billions for more Games, eg The Last Guardian.
Thankfully correction has be done by Playstation 4.
