nope... from a consumer's point of view that owns both... I can say there's a clear winner here... and to most I would say that winner is pretty obvious.
Also from the company's point of view (Sales) I would say the winner for the consumer is also the winner here..

All this does is stop the money whore channels like ali-a.. and the rest of the people who re upload call of duty trailers to not be able to monetize that specific video.. and things like that.. I think this is a great thing to be honest.

look I can't speak for all these other people who claim that they see loads of Xbox One's where they are from.. and i'm sure some are lying.. but I just went to Best Buy today to get an SD card and while I was there i noticed they had 3 Xbox Ones.
