For the same reason that they have been showing any demos at all.
How come they don't show a demo of it without the lag? I would have done that the same day the lag was fixed.
Microsoft obviously wants to build up a lot of anticipation but many people are worried about this part, so it seems that this would be a priority to them.
Does she sound like a dude?
Ya I thought girls only played on the Shii
if you look at the caption under the image it says:
They might enjoy it more if it was plugged into something
Blue Yoshi is blowing toad...
are they sending invitations out in waves, or all at once?
Wouldn't someone be sending cease and desist letters to the people making GoldenEye: Source?
Sony may have a 10 year plan, but they've got real OLD BALLS!
A guy I work with was talking about this yesterday. He said that he used a hex editor to give himself a lot of minerals(or whatever its called, i don't play this game).
Another guy at work was complaining about it. He claimed that that was modifying a piece of art, and that its not the same game if you skip the mining missions.
The bottom screen says "Go Throught"....
I haven't seen any HD rips under 4.5 gigs. Most are 9-25 gigs.
Isn't this what you call "Jumping the Shark?"
I agree. From what I've seen so far, I think that the SegaCD was more of a "Sequel" then this add-on will be.
I just know what they are trying to do.
When the Wii came out it wasn't really a new system, it was (basically) the same system with a new control mechanism.
I think that Microsoft is trying to do the same thing, hoping to get the same demographic with this new control mechanism. I think that they want to be able to sell the same machine for 5 more years and make a profit for once on the hardware.
@2.1 My guess is that we won't have a new Wii until at least 2011 (as crazy as that sounds) since Super Mario Galaxy isn't coming out until 2010.
@2.2 You are posting in the wrong zone dude.
I don't remember getting something without trying. Could someone remind me of what hes referring to?
I will never forget the night I beat the last boss in Perfect Dark on N64. I tried to beat it for weeks with a friend. Then one night, after my friend ate some hallucinogenic mushrooms, we beat the game. I had to do all the work tho, I could see my friends character just running around in circles shooting at nothing.
Hardest end boss ever...
Actually, banned 360's can still play pirated games. All this "work around" does is allow you to get online again.
I loves me some PlayStation (if i'm home my ps3 is on) but I have to admit, that video Engadget has shows some seriously lame lag.
