I want this game, I just want to know if you can turn off the "tutorial" messages that keep showing up on everything. I want to figure stuff out myself, not have my hand held throughout the whole game.
Has the game even gone gold yet? How can you review a game that is still being polished/finished?

I must admit, I love game crossovers; the multiplayer skins in Uncharted 2, Sonic and Snake in SSBB, and now this. Let's just hope we can get some more stuff like this from other 3rd party devs.

wow, they actually rendered the wheel weights on the wheels. That's kinda cool, I'm a stickler for little details.
I've played the 360 demo at a friend's house, he got it from some segapass thing. I think it's an average game, 7.5ish. It doesn't even compare to Devil May Cry or Ninja Gaiden, IMO. I haven't tried the God of War demo yet so I can't say if it's better, but the first 2 God of War games were great so, it has much to live up to.
Also, it's more comparable to Devil May Cry than God of War or Ninja Gaiden.
Here's an article from when the PS2 launched, Forbes was saying the same things, and we know how the PS2 fared in the end. I thought it was an interesting read. It seems that journalists are just very quick to judge. You need to look at the entire lifespan of a console before you can declare it a "failure" or a "success".

I know it sucks for EU customers, but why not just import it, the PS3 is region free, I did that for a few JPN games and MK vs DC, b/c of the uncensored Joker Fatality. Worked fine.
hmm, I just noticed that metacritic hasn't added the yahoo and psu scores yet. Both of which are 10's, strange.
I'm not a fan of metacritic, I think it's up to the individual to decide what one considers a good game. Everyone hates bad games, but I know people who love some bad games: haze & legendary, for some weird reason, and can't explain why. People like what they like, and hate what they hate, but everyone is different and you can't explain to me why some people like so...
