xsilver - the dev team was disbanded after the MC:LA DLC came out. Huge shitstorm in the studio over delays of MC because of GTA4, meddling by R* New York, mismanagement at San Diego, and eventually the team was either let go or some were moved to the RDR team.

RDR, could even be Max Payne 4

Here's one: While in single player or multi player, you can use the phone to voice chat with your real life friends who are also playing.

It's nothing directly related to GTA V, it's probably a rap song to take advantage of their fame. Both "CJ" and "Franklin" are rappers.

Brian Wilson was the sound behind the Beach Boys among others, his music on Pet Sounds was a standard that even the Beatles judged themselves by. Phil Spector was the one who gave the Beatles their sound, along with Lennon and McCartney. Spector also worked with names like the Ramones, Tina Turner, and the Righteous Brothers.

Rick Ruben is a fucking legend, who produced for Aerosmith, Tom Petty, Metallica, AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Rage Against The Machine.... oh, and he helpe...

The "made up DJ" from West Coast Classics is DJ Pooh, co-writer on GTA V and GTA: San Andreas, and longtime producer and friend of Ice Cube, and also did production for Snoop Dogg (Doggfather album), Dogg Pound, LL Cool J, and Del.

He's had his advertisement. He's made millions. One of his songs featured in the game was Grammy nominated.

Ever heard the name Brian Wilson? Rick Ruben? Phil Spector? Butch Vig? Quincy Jones? Barry Gordy? Babyface?

How about Lee "Scratch" Perry, one of the big pioneers of reggae and dub, and the voice of Blue Ark Radio in GTA V?

He'll get his money from R* when Afeni Shakur gets her money from all the 2Pac masters Daz stole when he left Death Row and tried to release as new work.

I do too :)

Of course not -- Rockstar doesn't make money from R2 replays.

It's mostly funny considering the in-game references to the FPS shooters on the eXorbeo 720.

The way I'm reading it is that all the money you've gotten so far will be available to start with. So if you've made 200k, even if you've spent 195k, your character will have 200k to begin with.

Not a "favorite" of mine, but I do watch it, and had no idea either. I think it was the tension in the scene had me distracted.

Not seassoned?

GTA 4, Midnight Club 2/3/LA, Red Dead Redemption, Max Payne 3 all say hello, along with Take Two help from 2K Sports, Fireaxis, 2K Marin (who did Bioshock 2 online). They knew what they were making, had 5 years of development, and 2 weeks of sales to get the idea of how many servers they needed to get up and running.

The online itself is great when it's working and people are willing to cooperate. Once the griefing system fully takes effe...
