So you're saying every gamer owns a next gen console. If this is more powerful and get 3rd party support why would someone choose the weaker consoles especially since people love to talk about the best console is the most powerful one.

Iy S funny people are avoiding the common hurdle people keep bringing up. Most people are not gonna want to strap goggles on their face. It's not hard to understand. It's been significantly bigger than 3d glasses. If it was the size of 3d glasses you would have the same much or more willing to try it, but these things are huge. The average American are gonna be like it cool but it looks stupid.

Sooooooo what about the console gamers without internet. If its a game breaking bug I guess they should be quite huh. Most games these days have day one patches to make the run correctly or work period. And these patches are eating up data caps and hogging bandwidth. Funny how things are bad one day and acceptable another.
Gone are the plug and play days of consoles...
The real question should be how long this gen is going to last. Before the gen console gens use to last 5 yrs. Is about to be year 2, and this will be released in year 3, so what they say kinda makes sense unless y'all want to wait long for a new system like last gen.
But they should take they time releasing next gen console gamers hate upgrading. This should be 7 - 8 yrs long.

Welcome to the new world of console where mostly everything people said they wouldn't do or is bad is now good. Ain't these console convenient and plug and play like other rave about. Good thing it work day one or people without internet would be stuck with an unplayable game
coming from fanbase that played all their games, the witcher games have always been buggy in the beginning. the difference is that are genuine and try to push the limits. It's a video game. I would understand if it was a sports game but then that would easy to market. How about market it to gamers.
