There are alot of people here who feel sony can do no wrong. I imagine if peoples credit card info got stolen there would still be some people here saying sony is not to blame.
Im just glad that I removed my credit card info from PSN a few months ago when I read that story saying that credit card info wasnt safe on PSN. Looks like taht might have been true after all.

back in xmas 2007 people were having trouble signing into live because there were so many people on it.
Xmas day 2007 I couldnt sign on, later that night when less people were on it worked fine.
I know a bunch of people who never had a 360 are exaggerating to make them selvs feel better, but I actually had a 360 back then and I couldnt sign in for a few hours, then it worked fine later that night.

Soo yeah, I remember not being able to sign into live for a few hours, but it worked for me xmas day night 07 no problem.
But I dont see how me not being able to sign onto LIVE for a few hours over 3 years ago makes the current PSN situation any less lame.

People were having trouble signing on because so many people were using it. Thats different from it not working and going down completely.
I also got a free game for my few hours of not being able to sign on, undertow. I didnt like it but it was cool to get something even though I barely even was effected at all.
People who say things like "go outside" or "do something else, get a life" etc are just trying to downplay the situation.
There are people who do shit all day and still want to play games online.
Me and my friend who have PS3 both do shit all day, and when I went over last night we were not happy to see PSN still down. We had already done other shit that day, at that time we wanted to play online, and couldn't.

Theres a difference between not being able to log on because there are so many people online already, and NOONE BEING ABLE TO GET ON AT ALL.
