I am anticipating resident evil 5 but I think the award should of went to Killzone 2, Halo 3, Mass Effect, Call of Duty 4 or Bioshock. I would of been happy with any of these winning. Fracture and Haze looks really good also.

Anyway Farcry is to new to comment on what systems it will be on beacause we have all seen how fast things have been changing over the last few months so just wait to hear more about this game. I wasn't impressed with the first one but it might be different this time. At least the website is awesome.
I noticed when I went to the target in Apex NC the other day that they only had one in the glass shelf and was surprised. It is usually full. There are finally enough good games to justify buying the PS3 for the none early adopters. i had mine since launch and it is coming along well for Sony. I do still play my 360 every once in a while still(mostly demos/new viddeos). I think they will sell 10 million by March 1st.
I guess people really were waiting on a price drop and more games before they bought a PS3. I can't wait to see if it is sustainable next week. Their aren't many game coming out until August so it will be interesting. Only thing new is All Pro Football and NCCA Football. Next five months is crucial to all the consoles success, except Nintendo because they are Safe from failure at this point.

Lord Anubis - The article said that it can pick up digital channels so it will still work after 2009. It is not an analog tuner it is digital.
Jack Thompson can't blame violent video games. This was clearly a case of a kid with issues. My prayers and sentiments go out to the family and I hope the young guy can get some help and still live a normal life one day.

He is going to make other games. he has already agreed to team up with another developer to make a game and to make a game on the 360. It was in an interview in Game Informer a couple of months ago.

yeah, yesterday was download overload. I downloaded it all and watch all day. It was exciting watching a Unreal tournament trailer saying from the makers on gears of war on the PS3. Killzone looked even better than the video on the internet and so did MGS4. Sony has alot to be proud of right now. I believe that they will be the number 2 console by the end of the fiscal year in March 08 when Killzone 2 and MGS4 comes out, maybe even number one if the Wii sells slow down but not likely.
I heard about some new type of rumble that rumbles on each side independently. Like if you hit the right wall playing GT the righ side of the controller would rumble. They also might add a few buttons but that is speculation. I can tell you now that there will not be a trade in program. If you want rumble you will pay for it but gamestop will happily give you maybe $20 credit toward the new controller.
