That seems a bit excessive, I mean I think Metal Gear is GOTY, but boycotting a site simply because it gave a 9.9 which is an excellent score isn't reasonable, if they gave it a 7.5 I would boycott it, but I wouldn't care if IGN US gave it 9.9. When was the last time IGN UK gave a game a 9.9.

If the cutscenes are too long for me, then I skip them. I think that everyone should do that. If you want to watch them, then watch, if you don't then don't watch them.
