I don't know you and 99% of people on message boards. So bringing a class action suit isn't easy. Plus it's expensive and time consuming and not as easy to just bring a class action suit.
I think bringing Crapcom BS into public view is a right step. The best thing right now is not buy it.
Look i really don't like Jim, but that doesn't mean I'll disagree with everything he says. I agree with his take on this (Rare i know). Crapcom is full of it. Besides the fact that I think it's BS that it's locked, but it's get more egregious when you have certain characters like Guy and Blanka who where in previous iterations (SF4, SSF4) as DLC that is locked. There is no way Scamcom can justify this. Not that whole "it's a separate budget" BS or anythin...
I like EA this generation. Yea the online pass sucks and they had some misses but for the most part, they did pretty good.
As for Crapcom, they deserve the WORST company of the year. They are horrible. How do you charge for characters that are locked on the disk and on top of that, some of the characters (see guy, Blanka) were FREE in previous iterations?! (Super Street Fighter 4). It's just pathetic on their part. I don't support hacking but Scamcom deserves this. T...

I could see the same thing. Instead of beating the game on hardcore mode to get him, you can access him from the beginning for a low low low price of $5 dollars.
