was a partnership between MS and Square and I believe MS funded the project. Sort of like Sony with White Knight Chronicles. As for Last Remnant, well Square claims the reason why it was delayed for the PS3 was due to issues with the UT3 engine and the PS3. Well either the PS3 version is really f'ed up or it was just smoke up their arses when they made that comment, since the Last Remnant has some technical issues running the 360.
