Game Pass may indeed ruin gaming for xbox by flooding the market with sub par cheaply made games to appease that console fan base but subscriptions services as a whole aren't going to be anywhere near as popular as some people are trying to market them, traditional gaming at least for companies putting out top quality games people want isn't going anywhere.

I see a future where cloud gaming is a niche secondary option and people stick with physical copies of games.
