Ya I'm way more excited for second son then watch dogs. I think delaying watch dogs was a mistake.
Kalebninja--- please don't say the GameCube controller is one of the best, it's c button yellow joystick, is literally the top of an Allen wrench that they painted yellow. They didn't even put a pad on it, it's a square joystick. And the rest of it seems like it was designed by an 8 year old, well let's see, people press the A button the most, oh I know let's make it twice as big as the others. I'll give u that it felt comfortable to hold, but had poor design.
I don't get the offset joystick thing. So naturally when u grab a controller your right hand thumb rests to the side, why wouldn't your left hand then aswell, for some reason that thumb naturally rests up top. Common since says both thumbs would naturally rest the same, either up top or to the side. What happened is the 360 controller had better triggers and a more comfortable grip, and most importantly people got used to it. The original xbox also had offset joysticks, no one was say...

This is not the recent zipper team, this is David Sears, he was a huge part of socom 1 and 2 and then left zipper. Sony owns the socom name so there making H hour, but this looks to be a true successor to the first two games. I for one will be purchasing this game day one on ps4, and will be spreading the word best I can. I was a huge socom fan, I hope this turns out to be great.
To much is made of violence in video games. Ya it sells well, just like it does in movies. But non violent games sell well too like a gran turismo, or FIFA , or madden. Or how about mario cart wii, I think that game sold almost 34 million copies. That's more than gta5 will, or any of the call of duty's.
I wonder on next gen if it will still look like a n64 game when u go into instant replay.
It would be nice if all mp shooters would release there maps for free. Not just because it's free, but mainly because it keeps the cummunity together. Bad company 2 did this and it was awesome. Killzone SF keeps looking better and better. Day 1 for me.
Just looking at it, I'm thinking there's no way this is going to be as responsive as a mouse and keyboard or even a ps4 or x1 controller. But then again it's valve, and there generally ahead of the curve in a lot of stuff they do. So maybe it's fantastic. Who knows till it's out. There was a time where I thought I would never prefer a iphone keyboard to a phone with phiscal buttons, but that's not the case anymore. Could be a similar effect.

That's cause demons had dedicated severs, dark did not. But dark souls 2 will, so pvp should be much improved.
I hope everquest next is announced for ps4 eventually. I think destiny looks great, and I'm interested but not sold on elder schrolls online.
Left for dead is must, it's my fav 360 console exclusive. I'd prob remove mirrors edge for it.
My favorite battle system is knights of the old republic. Or dragon age origins, there very similar. I love how strategic u can be with your party, or set tactics and focus on your character.
I get pissed sometimes playing video games especially online. But overall it's actually an outlet for me. If work or just life in general gets stressful, I find that video games and working out are the two best stress relievers for me.
Ya that's the thing, I think people forget how expensive blu ray players were when the ps3 came out. Even if u wanted just a blu ray player, ps3 was the cheapest and one of the best out at the time. Especially the 20 gig model at 499.

Gta online is NOT a standalone thing. It's a free download with gta 5 that comes out 2 weeks later. U can not buy just gta online, it's not being sold seperatly.

There talking about native 1080 I believe, not upscaled. There might be, but I don't think a single game ran at native 1080 on 360, and I can only think of wipeout that did on ps3. Almost all games this gen were just upscaled. And there is a big difference between upscaled and native 1080.
