even though the game is in alpha it looks gorgeous and its nice to know they aren't sticking to the same formula and completely changing the way the game is played from the ground up. i mean halo+sandbox = omfg and btw did you guys see how cool the stealth kills were? cant wait to play this
how is this different then what people do when the new ipod comes out? or any super high tech fancy device? we like shiny new technology and want it on day one to feel like we are the first to experience it and sometimes rub it in other people's faces. but in terms of new games sometimes there's such a high demand for it that you might miss out on it and have to wait for a next shipment or sometimes there's an incentive (preorder/dlc) so its different for everyone

i believe the demo doesnt do the game justice at all. this is the first time i played a game that is all qte. with that said, the controls to me are a bit fuzzy.(R2 to walk? and l1 to change camera perspectives even though sometimes some of the angles are not the best) i did enjoy the beginning part with the cop especially the fighting, its intense and keeps you on your toes because you have to be paying attention. i dont think many gamers will like this game because it is more of an interact...

i seriously agree with you about what you wrote. Is there some legal action we (as a consumer) could take about developers charging for hidden content to be unlocked on the disc? if we paid full price for the game everything that is on the disc is OURS because we purchased it. therefore even all the little hidden items are ours which means we should not pay extra just for it to be "unlocked". I seriously hope IW releases this as FREE DLC like its supposed to be.

while i agree hugh jackman as best male voice and megan fox as female voice was terrible decisions, i feel that naughty dog should of won studio of the year. i think ac2 deserved best action adventure game. the change that it made from 1 to 2 was fantastic, it was a risk because ubi had to add in so many things to keep the player engaged and while the story does get confusing at the end i feel it made a significant change from the first game.

this is the SAME CONSOLE..i mean all sony knows how to do is make their portable smaller.. i mean i don't own a ds but with the dsi you can tell its in improvement because it has a camera. any little feature would be real nice (dual analog sticks ftw!)but when u come out with the same thing over and over with nothing new it begins to wear out. sure it has 16 gigs of memory and a smaller screen....and thats about it, sony needs to add to their products.
