the highest and lowest scores of reviews; but come on... they say it's another Silicon Knights "masterpiece".. this review smells...
plus, many people really didn't like the demo; if you do decide you want it, i'd suggest playing the demo, or renting it first
he kept calling bowling pool!!!
anyone was playing as akuma; i think he was being controlled by the AI. But it seems like the game was set at an easier difficulty
desperate fanboyism is showing..
ps3 is outselling the 360 by any amount does matter; when it was the other way around, it did also. There was a shortage of the MGS PS3 bundle; amazon, bestbuy.com, walmart.com, etc. sold out for some time. Don't make blind comments anymore; it makes people look, well, you know... not so bright.

Why does every Xbox fanboy accuse everybody of being Nasim?
are you Nasim?!?!
just because that is what 360 owners like and play. Everyone who wanted to play the original Gears played it already and will get this one. So it will sell more. R2 may appeal to people who got a ps3 after launch, and will sell more than the original. But, the bottom line is, PS3 owners do not play these type of games as much as 360 owners do. PS3 owners don't like Gears or Halo; they would have gotten one if they did.
just because I want this game to be made! It looks amazing; Ramis and Ackroyd helped write it, and has the whole cast of Ghostbusters doing their voices. I don't want this game to go away, so I hope SONY or someone else picks it up and makes it happen
EB GameStop; GameStop became its "own" company, but they are still under the umbrella of Barnes and Noble. Which is why, as a Barnes and Noble employee, you get a discount at GameStop. I should know, I was a Barnes and Noble employee until recently.
to be announced at Leipzeig; which is in the next couple of weeks and would put it within the time frame this article mentions. Bioshock's PS3 box says it's HOME enabled. I think it'll launch around October, the same time as Little Big Planet.
why would someone risk voiding their warranty without knowing for sure if this works. How does anyone know this really works? MS hasn't ever really confirmed what is the cause of RROD. If this worked, MS would just put it in ever 360 sold. I hope members here aren't gullible enough to give their money away and risk costing themselves even more later.
has nothing to do with the PS3; it runs off Konami's own servers. Sarcasticgamer was speaking about the firm update which will enable P2P (hypothetically) meaning P2P will be available for all things from the PS3 server
of my friends have ever had a problem with any update. I believe it may just be some people trying to blame it on the updates to try and get another ps3.
no names on jerseys being sold. College players cannot have their names on jerseys being sold while they're still playing and in school.
seemed much more biased. Not in comparing, but in what he wants. A game that is focused on war, and a war zone area is going to be bleak' it's going to be grey, and black, with smoke everywhere. How can Killzone 2 revolutionize an FPS. The genre is pretty standard; it is just run and gun. He says that COD4 had great AI; no FPS does. In COD you just run towards a building to get them enemy to come out and just blast them. He says himself that the AI was dumbed down for the hands on, but...
cannot get paid because of NCAA rules (it's why they don't have the names on the jerseys in the game and in real life); but EA cannot make money off ANYONE without compensation. The way they get around that, is by having players with the numbers in the same position, and just eliminating the name. Therefore, EA does not have to compensate anyone, they are not making money off the college players, and no one is breaking any NCAA rules. If that were the case, a kid who just graduated or got ...
if it were the case, college players would be able to sue for NCAA games; NCAA rules prohibit active college players being used, so EA makes the games with the same players, wearing they're same number, and the most popular kids looking the same. EA can't get in trouble because they in no shape, way, or form, say that this person is so and so.
i thought numbers from Europe weren't really released. So anything from EA or anyother source is more reliable than any chart posted
when referring to the time between the PS3 launch in US and Europe against the 360 "Kitase emphasized Square Enix’s efforts to release the different versions nearly simultaneously"
How is there confusion? They're pretty much acknowledging that the PS3 version will be out everywhere before the 360. First in Japan, then they will begin localization and development on the 360 version; then the next two lines are them saying that they want to try to release it as close ...
Unreal Tournament III took almost 8 months just to do a straight port from ps3 to 360; they used the unreal engine that BOTH systems have used. SE Crystal Tools engine has never been used on the 360; they developed it on the PS3, and at GDC announced that they will use it for other platforms; but they don't know what they have to tweak. Not only do they have to port it, SE said that they have to figure out ways how to compress audio, video, in game cut scenes, and that they'll figure it out...
the state of rpg's.. most jrp's have been good, decent, but not great. What are developers satisfied with this state of mediocrity? There are exceptions to the rule, but the last couple of years, there have been an influx of ok rpg's. Not too many that stand out and do something different with a great story.
