loved the demo. finally we have something to get our "painkiller" fix.
graphics and that old school gameplay are spot on. getting 143fps(highest),70fps(mid) and 41fps(low)
lol. battlefield 3 players will find this a tough game. battlefield v red orchestra = apples and oranges.
EDIT: this is actually a hardcore first person shooter.
aside from ARMA. red orchestra makes battlefield,killzone,gears of war,halo and resistance look like call of duty. if you are bothered about your kill/death ratio then this game will gimp you.
the longer it takes the better. im still up for more add-ons. think witcher 2 is my GOTY so far.

cant wait for my 48 hour head start. also i clicked the add on the side and thought those private servers are a bit pricey. £65 for a 64 player server per month.
i think free to play games never get taken as serious as the pay to play.
bioware have said the game needs to last for 10 years and will be giving you your moneys worth. free to play games dont tend to give you that and never last that long.
i think deus ex or gears will take the title.

where did they get there numbers from? and where is the PS3. i pirate all my ps3 games......hence why i can confirm resistance 3 is not a bad game but a shoddy 6 hours long and having to endure that terrible ending with the soppy family cuddling.

EDIT: by the way im from the UK before you say resistance is already out.....over here it isnt and i completed it weekend just gone..
i dont see why the xbox needs blu-ray when its already dominating the ps3 and sony only have a couple of devs using the the bluray disc for what its worth.
mgs4 was 30gig and could be completed in less than 4hours which could be done on a 360 disc.
resistance 3 is 33gig and is only a mediocre length game with graphics a 360 could do on one disc.
99% of mulitplat games only need one 9gig disc.

i enjoyed it. played it from start to finish a few weeks ago on the PC. i didnt look at it as a normal fps more of a lite rpg. and as for the graphics... daaaaaamn they were pretty. not a massive fan of the multiplayer part though.
defo a 7/10 for me.

fable 1 and 2 were great games but felt a bit ripped off with fable 3. hopefully fable 4 isnt the same as number 3 and more like 1 or 2 maybe even both.

i am about half way through now and to be honest its a pretty fun game. graphics are crap (no advanced setting for pc) and i have been fighting the same orks for hours, aside from that im finding it very addictive.
