i went out today to see if they had a pair of these to try them out. no luck :/ id like to see how they are.

my rig runs Crysis at Ultra High settings. :D but Valve knows how to target its audience. my guessimate is the DD thru Steam is at leat 2 million.
ive probably played more than 300 hours of this game since its been out. the game is definitely a whole lot of fun.
2.5 million without Steam sales is still 2.5 million no matter how you slice it.
a sole MP game really doesnt have or need a storyline to succeed. see CS, TF, UT, Q3A, etc. L4D was built on re playability, not story.
i think the major draw to the game is how unforgiving the game is if you do not use co-op. if you run solo away from the group for even a couple seconds you jeopardize the team. no other game can claim that.
i put the total sales close to 4-4.5 million with Steam sales. those of us who love Valve and Steam buy our games thru Steam.
/agreed. i want Ep.3 now. Valve will blow our minds and innovate the FPS genre once again....
the melee fatigue is a welcome change. but i think it might become very hated when the ones complaining is wearing the shoe...
i refuse to play online console games....sure they are some turds in the PC community as well but the horror stories numerous of friends have told me keeps me from wanting to hope online with my ps3 unless it's with a good buddy and not an FPS.
