Sega didn't work with developers, and rushed the Saturn out to store shelves. The developers had not even gotten dev kits yet.
Everyone one of those died because of no support. The XBone will have support. It will not fail. Will it lag behind, yeah. But it will not come close to failing.
PS2 really had no competition so devs had to learn it or starve.

I was gonna get XBone at launch and wait on the ps4, but I just have to stick to my code. I will not pay over 399.00 for a console. I got both last gen at launch. I got lucky and got me a fat 60gb ps3 for 400.00 from a ........... friend.

Meh. I dont buy specs. I buy games. If specs really, REALLY MATTERED, everyone would game on pc.
Sony has that also you know. They put it in back in 2011. They also added some stuff after they took away the ability to install Linux. I will say that it says you cant file a class action suit, not individually.

1)there is already DRM on ps3 and Xbox 360. Fact
2)Doing so would render millions of XBone console unusable if they were to do that, thus causing lawsuit after lawsuit.
