I believe you misunderstood me, tire deformation is vastly different than tire wear. Tire deformation is when the tire flexes and warps on the pavement according to the tire pressure, type of tire, surface material, car weight, and suspension system. This has never been in any gt game , in fact this was in forza 2 but a preliminary version of this, in forza 3 a fullblow tire deformation physics engine will be established. yea It will not come out until 2010 or 2011, my guess for the delay is the sheer amount of vehicles that they have to make co ckpits for and the new physics engine they need to build, I hope they do ditch their outdated grid based physics engine, and make a tire based physics system like forza this would make the game more realistic and it would be great for the franchise.

Yea the pro and the elite console are by far the best selling skus for the xbox 360. Whenever the ps3 gets a price cut the 360 will not follow with a typical price cut, instead it will remove the arcade console and bring the pro model to 200 and the elite to 300, this small move will give the 360 another massive boost in sales that will once again give it the win over the ps3 and increase the gap from the now 10 million into perhaps 15 million or more.

yea i dont have high hopes for natal, but I hope they use it as a complimentary or alternative control for retail games, not as a replacement or only control method. :) like they could use it for the definitive racer this gen forza 3 as a camera view method, it could read your head tilt and move the camera inside the co ckpit accordingly.
