We'll I don't think the ending of Alan Wake will be ruined at all. I think Alan Wake the game will be its own novel, remember he is a horror writer and remember he reads from the book all the time while in gameplay, he narrates his own book while you play. So this leads me to believe that Alan Wake is only 1 of his horror novels. I believe the episodic content or future games will be new books, books that he wrote , completely different horror novels as told by the Author Alan Wake.

Its quite the opposite, he should worry about the gameplay. Ico all you did was protect a girl and fend off ghosts with a stick for nearly 12 hours man that game sucked. In SOTC all you did was ride your horse for hours and then climb monsters it was a puzzle game disguised as an action game.
