Worse position? As far as exclusvies it's not in as bad of shape as the X1. X1 hasn't gotten an exclusive since Titanfall in March and it won't have any till Autumn whereas the PS4 has had 4 retail(not indie) exclusives so far since Second Son. Not to mention indie exclusives and exclusive downloadable games(like First Light) all before Autumn.
What a load of Crap. Andrew House has been with Sony forever and has done nothing but good, he knows what is good for the business and he knows what the consumer wants. Uh PS3 battled a rough reputation but it outsold the 360 in 2007 WW and every year since then except one so it didn't magically overcome it and do better, it was doing better from the beginning.
Well they completely abandoned the original Xbox when the 360 came out simply because there was no saving it(among other things). If X1 doesn't do well I expect a new console in 3-4 years with them ceasing all production of the X1.

I wasn't big on the slim but I think the Super Slim is far ahead of the Slim and close to the original design. I don't think the PS2 slim or PSone looked any worse either.

Just give the option to purchase and use it whenever instead of renting and I'd be ok with it. Although is that reasonable? They need to make money, if everyone makes a one-time purchase and don't rent they're essentially running servers for free.
Wii U has actually been outselling X1 lately. In part because of Mario Kart 8 and other games coming soon and in part because X1 hasn't had any exclusive since Titanfall and won't till Autumn.
Yeah it's going to be the best RPG and probably in the top 3 best RPGs of the year only topped by Persona 5 if that makes 2014. I really liked the first Xillia and this looks even better.
Yeah apparently he didn't realize that because new consoles were out didn't mean new games weren't coming. Tales of Xillia 2, Tales of Zestiria, Persona 5, and more coming to PS3 exclusively.
Why can't you get a PS4 to go along with your other consoles? By the time this game comes out(likely 2015) you will surely have had enough to save up for one. People are so weird, back in the day if you saw a game for a system you wanted to play you bought the system.
