It has better sound, I'll give it that. It isn't perfect or even great sound though. AI in Forza is dumb too and there are plenty of vids on youtube that showcase that. Damage is still poor in Forza. GT5 had better damage than both but it wasn't good either.
Best racing title for the holiday season, yup! Such a great game, trying to get all Golds right now.
It's much better than GT5 when it first came out. It has better payouts and more races. GT5 didn't actually start giving you GOOD payouts till the seasonal events started coming out because even the endurance events didn't give you much for the time you put in. Then the multiplier that gave you up to 200% the reward really helped as well but when it first came out it took time.
360 is tanking with no exclusives... Near Wii U levels.
Because GT6 is more game and has better driving physics. It's not like Forza doesn't have those same flaws as mentioned...

Physics in GT6 are realistic and do a better job in accurately simulating driving than GT5 and Forza. If you find simulators boring, don't play them. Cardboard cutout trees? Are you talking about the 2D specators, wait that's Forza 5 because GT6 used 3D spectators. Forza 5 also uses 2...
GT6 is a no brainer, the game deserves best racing game of 2013. Nothing else comes close.
Bring it to GT6 and then we'll talk. I like the design though and a new GT500 will be awesome!
@Abriael, do you get RPGs and expect to your stats to be maxed out? You must really be missing Game Shark. I prefer to actually beat my games. If you want a GT with no career get GTPSP....

I'm loving this game, this is what GT5 should have been even though I found it enjoyable it had its flaws. This is great. FYI, you get the M4 for free by completing the seasonal event with at least a Bronze. Don't spend your credits on it, get it free!

Dude I have GT6 and the AI while not good isn't terrible. It's an improvement from GT5 and really what racing game has great AI? NFS, Midnight Club, Forza, etc don't...
But GT has more highly rated reviews in the 9s.
GT5 sold 5.5 million on day 1 and over 6 million its first week so this 2.4 in its first week is nonsense and they didn't even officially bundle GT5 with the ps3 in N/A until much later. It sold well but you clearly have forgotten what happened 3 years ago. People WERE claiming it wouldn't match historical figures when NPD revealed what the numbers were for November which was 700k+ and that wasn't enough for naysayers it had to do COD numbers right off the bat or it'd be a flo...
Same crap, different day. Where have I heard this before? Oh yeah! Gt5s launch, everyone claiming it had been too long and it wasn't relevant even citing that N/A numbers didn't break 1 million day 1 but it ended up selling over 10.5 million as of March. I doubt it'll do worse than gt2.
I've been playing this game nonstop. Just completed the Hudson seasonal. Hard as heck to get Gold, oh my gosh!!
