Not me. I own the amazing Pro already. But i chose not to buy an X1 or S. So for me the first Xbox I'll have this generation will be Scorpio. So all their backlog of games as well as the upcoming titles will be new to me. So i don't agree that most that will be upgrading will be xbone users..
I already own the fantastic Pro. So I know firsthand why they're in the position they are. But the last thing I'd do is count Microsoft out just yet. I think they've learned alot since getting their ass kicked all generation long. This won't be the same Microsoft that we saw back in 2013, with Xbone. This will be a completely different animal and console. I remember when Pro first came out everybody bashed it. Now look everybody's dick riddin'. I could see the same thi...
Let's all wait until Scorpio's been out a bit before we start making assumptions like that. Microsoft's going to have some say so before the end of this. Even if it's minimal. Don't forget the price hasn't been announced yet..
Units shipped, actual sales, and profit. Often times it's so easy to get caught up in all the rhetoric. Fact is Sony put out a hell of a console in P4. They added with an even better console the Pro. So it's easy to see why the results have been as they are. Leading this gen since the start deserves respect and praise. Although nothing that comes now will change what Sony has already accomplished. Folks shouldn't get ahead of themselves until after Scorpio has been out on the mark...
Scorpio gives us something magnificent to look forward to in the near future that will push us into the next-generation. Nintendo has done nothing but taken us back a generation. Yet here the article reads the Switch is now Sony's biggest competitor. I'd definitely wait until well after Scorpio releases to say that just yet..
I feel like I'm in a good position. I have the fantastic Pro already. Fine well made complete console. Nothing bad to say about it. Sony did a great job there. But I'm ready to add to it when Scorpio launches. I'm positive it'll be breathtaking. Everything I've seen so far along with an ever improving online service has been on point. I've never owned an x1 this gen so my first xbox this gen will be Scorpio. So frankly all their games backlog as well as upcoming games ...
I'm no Nintendo fan . I would love it to be on Scorpio. But since Nintendo's the very reason we're even having this discussion is because of them. So for that reason they should get it..
E3 is too long away..
Guess all this means is we have one hell of a console coming.
Wow! Frankly it seems you can't say anything anymore, without someone taking issue. He's a dev not just a gamer. So he above all has to take these kinds of things in account. I admire his initial honestly. But i don't like the fact that he had to later go on Twitter and try to straighten things up all because a few fans got upset. Man this world has really turned to shit. When folks feel like they have to backtrack on prior statements so not to so called offend or piss somebody of...
I can clearly see the differences in the screen shots. After all these are simply just still screen shots. No motion or movement was shown and these don't represent any game. So make of it what you will. I found the pics very informative of what's to come. At e3 i expect Microsoft to put on a show. Perhaps the greatest presentation out of any of the e3's to date. We'll see..
I don't have an issue with the fighting, arguing, bickering, bashing between fans as long as theres no violence. I actually wish Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft had as much fire towards one another as the fans do. All this kissing and huggin I've seen lately between the 3 makes me wanna throw up. Time to get down and dirty. C'mon folks we got a fist fight going on. Turn up..
We can all see what success breeds. Smh. Now some are saying the others should follow Nintendo with smaller pads. Nintendo do you. Sony/ms do you.
The Scorpio will likely have the definitive version. It's Scorpio or nothing for me, as goes all the other multiplatform games that drop.
Frankly you lost me at botw arguably, being the greatest game of all time. Maybe, in your dreams. But that's frankly an asinine question to ask. We're sitting here with soon to be 3 console upgrades the S, Pro, and soon Scorpio. Yet the question is do console's need more power. Of course they do in today's gaming landscape. I have the fantastic Pro. A very fine console. Glad Sony up the ante and made it. Same goes for Microsoft with the S. A fine improvement over the base model...
Fantastic game! Reminds me of Inside. The graphics, art style, sound, lighting, atmosphere and environment all work together to bring this game to life. Indie devs are sure helping. Just imagine if we didn't have them. Scary to even think about. Keep em'coming..
Scorpio will be much better than many pundits seem to think. I love my Pro, very fine complete, well made console. Enjoy playing it every time. But Scorpio will be that next step above. Microsoft has learned alot from the ass-kicking they've taken all gen long. To me they could just rest on their laurels and prep for next gen. Instead they've chosen to get up and fight back in this gen, not by running into the next, which is what they could've done. But this time looks like they...
I agree that all this talk and speculation is getting to be way too much. e3 needs to hurry the fuck on and the Scorpio launch. We need to get down to buisness so we can see how Pro and Scorpio add up against one another..
They won't sell more than sony this gen. No matter how well Scorpio does. Microsoft wants the consumers and devs back. What's available right now won't cut it. They need either a new console which is what they're doing or prep for the next gen..
Thanks. I think Microsoft's past history will help them going forward. Specs look hot, and their online network is the best bang for your buck right now and getting better. Gear up my friend. Scorpio's on the way..
