Water isn't wet. Water is a liquid, it makes things wet.
Im one of those beta testers.
You got it all figured out!
Sounds like you need to send over your resume to corporate office! Lol
All jokes aside. They need to figure it out quickly.
Exactly that!
Besides, I'm pretty confident to say that the writing for GTA6 is completely finished. Probably told the company that once his role was finished, son was he. Not for once would I assume that they just up and left them high and dry in the middle of the job. Most mature adults would burn a bridge, if they want to seek another job in that same field.
Superstar mode is very very clunky!! I'm playing on the PS5, and the week by week activities are very slow and unresponsive. I literally have to click the bottom button twice in order for them to respond right. In game response is fine, but outside of that it just seems not as polished as last year.
Playing randoms, the wait time is crazy long and then an error message pops up for me to have to try again. Again , gameplay works as expected, but the UI is a nightmare to navigate ...
Ppl are still reviewing this garbage?
You reviewed a game that was already well known to be trash, and yet gave it a score that everyone knew it would be. Day late dollar short buddy!
Well 7 studios to put out one game a year sounds about right, when one studio takes 7 years to put out one game. So the math seems right.
Even live service games have to have an expiration date right? How long can you keep all the eggs in one basket?
If they wouldn't take the time to make the Microsoft, and spend money on the extra effort it takes then they wouldn't have so much to recoup from selling the base game. Besides AC is a well know, and well recieved IP. It already has a giant fan base, it doesn't need to nickel and dime their players. Make the games worth playing, and the sales will follow.
Quote from Field of Dreams
"If you build it, they will come"
I've received the public beta code foe the system update, and then two days later an email with a code for the streaming. I haven't downloaded the updated yet(probably won't either). They requested that I back up all of my storage on the drives. The codes I received expire in October though, so maybe.
With a budget of just a small fraction of that I bet!
Well no shit!
How many of us on n4g are actually in the court when it all goes down! Of course it's all based off of what news gets put out.
Smaller studies need to work their way up to that of budget. You make a great game for a decent amount of money. Then if the game is great, and it sells and makes more than it cost to make the game, you invest that profit into the company. Then with the profits you now have the ability to make another game with a little more ambitious ideas, hope that it is another banger of a game, then again makes more than it did to develop. Keep using profit to advance technology within the studio until ...
I laughed at that one!! I remember that statement. Well I didn't have to get another job, but I sure as hell started working a good amount of overtime. Gaming + life is expensive, so if you want to enjoy luxury items, then you got to work hard for them. Back to the topic though. As a gamer(especially a PS gamer) I would like to buy it, just to have it, but I personally would see myself using very often while outside of the house. I pretty much have all the accessories for all the PS...
Meaning some are still on the drawing board, and others are still in the brain. Ok, so we'll get two new games every 8-10 years right?
Why does people watching a game being played make it a hit or miss? Serious question!!
I know I'm an older generation gamer, but for the life of me, I just don't see any enjoyment watching other ppl play a game that I could be playing myself. My son does that. He watches some guy play nothing but Pokémon games all the time.
@Jeece
Nailed it!
They want games to stay fresh, but hate the terns "live service ". It's either constantly evolving the same game to keep up the player count, or make sequels of the same game with content that could have simply just been added their original game.
Some games get deducted in review score for being to similar from the previous game in the series. Double edged sword is all it is.
Probably not
That's one reason why I never could get into the Xbox brand. Always spinning words, and hiding behind PR BS like you said. #1 reason is because the controller just doesn't hit that comfort zone I need while playing long sessions. Anyway, I'm rambling. If their major games can't hit top specs from what the machine is capable of doing, then it will give you a glance at what some of the other games that will come from them will be limited to. Hey, but what do I know!? Only ...
Well, they probably have multiple studios working on the same game. So more than 12 studios, but double dipping to help create a single game.
Just my guess on it.
