well, I've been in the middle east and the reason for the slow PS3 growth is cos of the price. Its ridiculously expensive and I remember when I got my PS2 there during its prime and it was HALF the price of the PS3 now.
For those that'd like to know.. Its about 2,000 riyals in Saudi or equivalent to $480.
