The latest excuse is that the ending is supposedly all a dream as Shepard didn't really make it to the citadel. and is laying in the rubble unconscious after harbinger blasted everyone with that beam that explanation makes sense but it still doesn't explain alot of other things.

I certainly don't buy games because there is an EA logo on them, I'll tell you that much.
You get this game free in the UK with the 3G version if you top up £5 with Vodafone which is a pretty awesome deal considering how great the game is, good graphics, addictive game play and a fairly decent "soundtrack"...
I really hope the guys at bioware are seeing all this outrage and anger and are crapping themselves, i hope they are trying to come up with a way to salvage this situation as evidenced in this poll ( http://social.bioware.com/p... ) a lot of people did not like the ending and certain parts of the game in general.
EA are the reapers they wipe out all decent game franchises every 5 years... lol

Spin-offs that directly contribute to the main story? Yeah they sure are spin offs aren't they pal? Fact of the matter is they have milked assassins creed and whether any delusional ubi fanboys choose to accept that is up to them but its true, look how they lobbed on multiplayer to brotherhood and revelations to justify them rather than just spit out AC3 and be done with it, but they decided to milk our good old italian womenizer friend for some extra money 3 consecutive years in a row.
I suppose they are truly humbled by that diabolically shit ending and the amount of fuckin corners they've cut making this game to.
You'll be so disappointed after you finish it man(dont get me wrong the whole game is sweet but then the ending pisses on you), i feel as if the past 5 years of my mass effect playthroughs have been such an epic waste of time, because in the end they didn't really matter they made no difference
Bioware has massively trolled us all. You should enjoy the game just don't expect the finale the fans deserve.

Poor consoles, outdated and outperformed even before you are released :/ PC graphics were like this 2 years ago lol.
While this theory makes sense, it is incredibly stupid not to put a proper ending in the main game and charge actual money for the proper ending in a dlc when they get around to releasing it a few months after release, it just kills the game completely. Bioware need to clarify this whole situation or feel the fanboy rage and have this game go down the sewage pipe lol
