Clearly I mischaracterized him as not being a gamer. At best, the impression you might get is that he games less than he used to. So I am in error here. I do still feel that his persona is not particularly associated with being a gamer, although that is not the same thing as not being a gamer.

I could be wrong, but I'm fairly certain he has stated that he is not a core gamer in previous videos. I think it has to do with him being pretty busy doing science and such. In terms of journalistic integrity, you may well be right.
