in my opinion best gta was IV becouse the story and gameplay and characters and missions are superb.
Vice City was great and it was The best one yet IV
San Andreas was graet in exploring becouse the map was huge & the terrain and environment was variety but in other things the game was normal.
lol..rockstar is the best developer.
GTA IV was the best one not san andreas.
yes there is one in GTA LCS, and there is another one in Vice City.
