I would hardly call what I just saw great gameplay, looked like they were trying to sell the crap out of a game that hasn't exactly recieved many positive previews. It was almost resorting to begging. Nice graphics, thats all I got.
I think you realised what you did there, at least you edited your comment.
Well you have just contradicted yourself there because if gameplay was more important to you, you would opt for 60fps over graphical fidelity.
I think 30fps is fine for games like uncharted, its harder to hit 60 fps than having 1080p. They really shouldn't be releasing footage thats 60fps though if thats not what it will be, I remember when UC3 was being shown and they released footage running at 60fps. I think it will be more important for multiplayer, maybe they could target that being 60fps and the campaign could be 30fps, pretty sure they know whats best either way.
Sony have had years to sort out their network, its the main reason that puts me off buying a PS4. I know they have some great games coming out like Bloodbourne and UC4, but Sony have to realise that a stable network is really important to some people. A few more pixels here and there don't matter to me, I like stuff to work and I honestly don't have the faith in them right now to sort it out, especially after all the promises they keep making.
I'm not being malici...
MS are selling plenty of consoles, just not as many as Sony. MS are proving they are way ahead in certain areas, not nice to hear but its true.
Bigger and more ambitious games will no doubt suffer with more glitches, I don't actually mind to a certain extent as long as the developer rectifies the problem swiftly. A lot of problems could be avoided, especially with multiplayer games if they released betas. There are alot of gamers that will take advantage of glitches though and I believe that's also a problem. GTA is fully abused, but some people actually love the fact that you are able to cheat your way to easy money.
MS are really starting to head in the right direction, sometimes it takes the odd mistake to learn and start improving things. Both Sony and MS have had their ups and downs but I think we can clearly see they are making a real effort to provide us gamers with a great experience.
Let's be honest Destiny was a major letdown, Bungie are really not what they once were. Its like when you watch the later Star Wars movies, you want to like them but you just cant. Destiny's problem is the fact it was supposed to be some epic adventure in space and all we got was a baron repetitive grind fest.
Sony do not strictly own blu ray, people need to actually do a bit of research into that and they might learn a thing or two. Phillips, Panasonic and several other companies own and pushed the format.
I've been playing halo 5 quite a bit lately and it runs really smooth, i know its not quite hitting 60fps all the time at the moment but its generally in that region. My mate come round the one day and decided to play destiny and the first thing I noticed was the poor frame rate, it was really off putting and showed how important 60fps is. I personally think its a must for certain genre's, that's just my opinion though.
MS didn't have the best start with Xbox One but they have turned that around rather quickly. Sony fanboys can say what they like about MS but they ain't really got a leg to stand on when they accept the crappy network that Sony charge for.
Like it or not but MS have got their act together, shame the same cant be said for Sony. What the Sony fanboys should really focus on is all the problems with the PS4, but they'd rather congratulate Sony every time they screw u...
Well maybe you should have had a little more faith in MS, the Xbox One is a great console. It was stupid for people to think MS couldn't rectify a few mistakes. People go on like PS4 hasn't had its own problems, if truth be told Sony are the ones who made promises and didn't keep them, like actually providing a service worth paying for. The main reason I don't own a PS4 is because of the sub par network. If Sony eventually get their act together I'll consider buying one as...
I think the trouble Sony is facing is financial unfortunately,it must cost billions to set up something equivalent to the network MS have. People have to be realistic and realise Sony will always be pretty far behind MS when it comes to the online side of things.
As a customer we deserve better. At the end of the day they offer a service and it should be reliable to a certain extent. I chose Xbox over PS because I feel MS have the most reliable network, the only thing that bugs me on Xbox One is the party chat I'm surprised they haven't sorted it out yet.
Its the fact that people can rely on MS to solve the problem swiftly, the same can't be said for Sony unfortunately. I don't want gamers to go without but people need to get on at Sony big time, Sony need help with PSN its really obvious now.
I think people need to stop putting MS and Sony in the same boat, its quite clear MS have got their act together and Sony have crumbled. People should always take into account the online infrastructure of these consoles when deciding which one is best for them. This will surely teach people a lesson on what's important when buying something next time.
Thats a load of bull, stop trying to make out Sony are doing something when they are obviously out of their depth with this one. Who told you MS just waited and did nothing? You really shouldn't speculate as to what had happened.
Nintendo is only up becuz they ain't been targeted. It won't take long for ms to sort this out, they just GTA make sure it don't keep happening
How can you guage great gameplay from that, it had the classic over the top epic music and the please buy me comments. It was marketed like one of those so called epic horror movies that turns out to be a load of rubbish. I'm sorry but it was awful from a gameplay perspective. If they were that confident they'd have actually cut all the crap in that trailer and actually just shown the game being played. I'm sure they'll get plenty of pre-orders though and thats what counts. ...
