These games are all gonna be cross platform with next-gen, in addition to some sort of official next-gen spec-wise reveal for the PS5 & XB2 coming soon, so they’re trying to sell as many current gen versions of these gams as they can beforehand.
Perhaps he did not say it because he does not know the full and detailed specs of the PS5 yet. When they release the OneX, the PSPro had already been released, so MS was certain that they had the most powerful console.
So is this new single player Star Wars game gonna be a single player game like God of War, or a single player game like the Witcher 3 or Mass Effect?
I agree, but I still have games released in 2015 in my backlog that I need to play...😫
This DLC is PC only, not coming to consoles at this time.
I wonder if that IGN writer will ever be able to find work someplace else?
Is this on PSVR?
When they say "unannounced franchise" do they mean unannounced as in new IP, or unannounced as in just an existing franchise that they haven't previously mentioned?
So I literally had no idea that this was an open world game. For some reason, all of the media that I saw on this game gave me the impression that it was going to be a linear cinematic adventrue like Uncharted and Rise of the Tomb Raider. For those reasons, I wasn't all that hyped for this game (thought it was gonna be a TLOU clone). However, now that I see that there is gong to be crafting, and an ope world, survival like atmosphere, my interested has spiked.
Maybe so, but I'm willing to bet that the rope swinging in this game was more so inspired from Uncharted 4 than it was from TR Revelations and Legend....If those where the influences, why in the hell wasn't rope swinging a mechanic in the previous 2 TRs?????? Why did they decide to add it back once UC4 did smart guy?
Definitely see a lot of influence from Uncharted 4 in here, with all the rope swinging and stuff.
We get God of War, Xbox gets Red Dead Redemption and Gears of War 2 in 4K. I guess that was their big backwards compatibly announcement that they teased a few days ago Lol. Kinda feel like MS is trying to say, “Hey, don’t forget about me” right before the release and hype of God of War.
A little lame on their part in my opinion, it’s like the best they can do is remaster a 8-9 year old game in the face of a AAA exclusive release on the PS4. But to be fair, Sony did the sam...
I agree totally 100%. I definitely don’t think this was in any way a coincidence. I feel like Ubisoft is going to do a reveal at E3 this year.
While I may disagree with your point of view, I would like to continue to encourage to share your points of view. One of the things that I hate most about this site is that whenever someone has a unique point of view or perspective opposite to that of the masses, they get flamed and called a liar fanboy or troll.
Similar things happen to me with games...despite critical acclaim, for whatever reason, there are just certain games that I just cannot bring myself to play. I find that watching youtube video reviews and other similar videos that talk about great/fun a game is helps to spark my interest in it...maybe even watching a lets play or walk through of a beginning portion of the game. Anyway good luck! If there was an ever a game that deserved a $110 price point, its this one.
There already is a gold edition available...Its like $89 bucks though. I'm waiting for a price drop, should be here around black Friday. Got plenty of stuff to play in my backlog until then.
Sonic, do some background research before you spout such nonsense...Both the PS2 and PS3 definitely were NOT designed with 3rd party developers in mind. IN the case of the PS2, western developers in particular had extremely hard times to develop for it starting out as all the support documentation to aid in game development was written in Japanese!!! Additionally, after the success of the PS1, Sony developed the PS2 without any regards to any input from developers on how difficult it might be...
Really hope this game takes off...if you're interestred in starting clan, let me know!
Do you know if they made the actual game world more open like in HZ, or will it still be a more linear world/story like in LOU, UC, and the previous GOWs?
Yes for old and already released games, but not for unreleased games. Amazon is offering up to an 18% discount on games coming out later this year....and not just any random unreleased game, but unreleased AAA games, like cyberpunk 2077 and ghost recon breakpoint.
