I doubt that when project natal releases that it it be called 'project xmas' M$ will probably give it a 'wii' type name like the 'zune' or something commercially hip.
As for ARC, or Augmented Reality Controller the name makes motion control seem 'grown up' unlike the word wiimote.

Man, I swear the only thing 'wrong' with the PS3 are the amount of haters.
I don't know about Natal; that "supposed" Half Life 2 video I saw really makes playing a FPS without a controller look stupid.
I think this is truly unacceptable, if you are a real gamer then you would have to agree that this is a travesty.
Gimping games for the sake of more sales is a sad concept, IMO.
It's like asking an artist to not make a masterpiece.
