I'm all for Nintendo succeeding, and your are right. It was a huge misconception for Nintendo to believe The WiiU tablet would compete with tablet/cell phone games, especially when the WiiU gamepad only goes 20-30 feet from the console?!
At the time of their Launches, sadly I worked in Las Vegas at a Gstop. The WiiU was the most confusing thing in the world to the average consumer, let me tell you.
Most thought/hoped it was portable - it was not.

Seems to be the case with most forms of entertainment. I love The Venture Bros and I think one of the reasons all the season have been great, is because they step back every year. Instead of just putting out rehashes every year......wink wink.....I think studios need to flip flop to a new IP every so often Like Shu explained.
I like Destiny, but this is something I wont buy until the price comes down.
