the PS3 was selling for $100 more than the 360, and still sold more, and still put out a quality console. under 3% defective rate for the PS3
take into account the price of the system. at almost twice the amount of the Wii and about $100 more than the 360, it still doing well IMO.
also take into account how much money SONY loses on each console. That's a loss to put quality into the hands of the customer, not to fix a problem of quality standards (you know 5%)
Vgcharts are always kinda funny, but who really knows wont tell us.
could work as playstation mascots, because it would keep with the customizable experience, and reaches all ages.
we've already seen a Snake Sackboy and Helghast Sackboy's so why not?
every PS3 game in the future should come w/ HOME support and LBP character's. (imagine a little Chimera Sackboy!)

just kidding, that's one of the things i love about all playstations, they don't have a mascot. never has, never will. (crash was the closest thing back on the PS1, but SONY knew back then that this was a bad idea.) Playstation is about quality, so it's hard to pick just one great character from all the playstation franchises (especially now; Hale, Dylan, Kratos, Sackboy) Playstation caters to ALL gaming genre's and all types of GAMERS ...
now he (like most 360 heads) looks like a total tool XD
if it reached this number faster than the 360, than how can it be considered to be "struggling"?
oh, and let's not forget that the PS3 reached this number selling at almost double the price of the Wii and about $100 more than the 360.
