Makes me laugh - PC gamers keep saying how the PC is far superior than consoles because you can customize it and upgrade it when you want.. This steam box is a console so you will then become restricted. So what is the difference between ps4, xbox one and a steam box? Nothing apart from each will have a couple of exclusive games.
And as I stated above, if this was sustainable then MS, Sony or Nintendo would of already done it.

I can't be bothered with all the patching on PC, it's constant as every users machine hardware is different.
I have a nice PC rig at home, but I still favor the console for ease, and comfyness. Just plonk my arse on the sofa and play on a nice big TV.
I prefer buying a disc, it means you can lend it to your mate or play it when you go round a mates, and they are cheaper to buy. Win win.
Amazon games in the UK are £47 where they are £50 to download.. i don't understand how physical media can be cheaper!
Gears was a good game, if there gona make another then they may aswell bring it out on both - i dont think xbox exclusivity will benefit them much more..

I think it's a fair review - highlights the main points that most of us were thinking. But I only ever buy one console, and this time round is PS4.
They were clearly paid by MS - all of the ps4 negatively has mostly been false...
It just makes me even more angry at MS with their cheap shot tatics to try and fool everyone.

Oh this article is exactly what happened to me.. I've not had a playstation since ps1. I've been Xbox for the last decade and really noticed how sony respect their fanbase and what they want.

Played forza on the xbox one stand earlier.. it was actually pretty disappointing. The cars looked great, the scenery was poor.
I honestly think the people reporting the HDMI issues need to change the cable... It seems like there are issues with the cable that is bundled in the box.
Just went into Game and they have the PS4, and it wasn't noisy at all, maybe it gets loud when its been on for hours or summit?
So the good news though is that all your PS4 consoles are working OK? I was concerned about those hdmi reports, but if its only a small percentage then that's good news!
Agreed, the demand is insane - everyone is trying to buy them, as soon as stock comes in, their sold out within minutes!
