I own and adore Pikmin 3. It was a pleasant surprise to see it boost the sales of the console, not to mention sell well beyond what I thought it would in the US and Japan combined, despite being far more niche than other Nintendo titles.
Good stuff. Good stuff indeed.
Change that to being a PS4 or One exclusive and you'd be right.
Because, just like the first one, few if any would have bought it.
Nintendo gamers, on the other hand.....well, I know quite a few gamers who went multiplatform for games like Bayonetta.
With the install base and all the gamers that loved action games at the time, I'd say the first game on the PS360 sold terribly.
Point blank; these gamers are whining because Nintendo is getting a core game that they don't feel the Wii U deserves to have.
It's a pride issue, little more.
I hope Treyarch has a few words with Activision regarding their stupidity if they don't include the DLC for Ghosts on the Wii U.
Especially if Activision has the gall to bitch about low sales of the game on the Wii U afterwards.
If you're going by that reasoning, then consider this; who in their right mind would go for a multiplat game on the consoles if it's going to be on PC?
People will buy a game for a system when it's a good game that they want to see ON their system. That's all there is to it.
Why are so many people getting up in arms over this?
720p is a great resolution!
It hasn't failed to give me games that look GREAT, in the past.
IMO, it's the art style that matters more, but neither matters more than gameplay.
That scratcher ticket thing is gonna be pretty fun to do on the Wii U Gamepad.XD
Murphy also controls so much more fluidly there. Can't wait to get this on my Wii U.^_^
