Imo it's simple as this: look at the service when it first launched and look at it now. There's a big difference. Then throw in the 10 dollar price hike for good measure and you can understand why ppl feel the way they do

It doesn't even make sense to me. The argument is that 4k sales are low so they didn't include the drive. But doesn't Sony own the bluray tech? Wouldn't it be in their best interest to throw the drive in the pro to grow the install base?
