I think it will definitely alter people's decisions on multiplatform games. Why get it on Switch when I can get it on Xbone or PS4 and be rewarded for my deeds. This is the harsh reality of going this route. Hopefully Nintendo still has a few surprises in store.
Zelda Breath of the Wild almost saved it for me but Nintendos message definitely didn't reach me. Will pick one up but will be my first Nintendo console I don't purchase Day 1.
