Xbox has hardware. PlayStation has software. The Pro is definitely serviceable as a 4k machine. Checkerboarding works and it's damn near unidentifiable from native

The Xbox One X could very well be selling limited stock to drive a high demand but my Game stop had at least 26 people all picking up preorders. One even hilariously dropped his outside the store and definitely broke it

This has to be written by someone who is no older than 13. Regardless of that fact, the games did look fairly similar but the resolution differences are fairly large. I remember when Xbox was 900p and that was a deal breaker.
Both camps have 180d. PlayStation suddenly doesn't care about visuals and Xbox fans suddenly think it matters greatly and makes the Xbox version definitive.

I know when I picked mine up the manager at my local Gamestop was saying the turnout they had was far bigger than any console launch in recent memory in terms of turnout. They had 30 in stock to fill preorders as well. I imagine Microsoft may even be pleased enough to announce some kind of actual numbers too

Digitalfoundry was everyone's go to until they started praising the Xbox One X. It did seem like Microsoft buttered them up by giving them a sneak peak under the hood and since then DF has been pretty high on the X
